5. TERM

6. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, your license to use Showzone's services will also be terminated.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Showzone reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. If we make significant changes to these terms, we will notify you through our website or by email.

8. USER DATA

8.1 You retain ownership of all User Data submitted to the free version but grant Showzone an irrevocable right to use the data in an anonymized format for the purpose of improving the application.

8.2 Showzone will never collect or use for more data than Services need. Showzone will never sell your data.

9. WARRANTY

9.1 You accept that Showzone is not liable for any data loss that might occur using Services.

9.2 Services of Showzone are provided as is, and Showzone gives no guarantee, either expressive or implied, that Services will run without errors or interruptions. Yet, Showzone will do its best to rectify such errors if they occur, excluding issues sourced from Third Party Applications.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

10.1 In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government actions), Showzone may be excused from fulfilling their obligations to you under the Terms. In such cases, Showzone will promptly notify you and provide relevant information.

11. TERMS

11.1 These Terms represent the complete agreement between Showzone and the user regarding the use of the Services, and replace all prior agreements, proposals, or communications, whether written or spoken, related to the subject matter.
